Fruit cups, how to

-20 ml of Non Sugar added berries jam

-1 cup of Oatmeal

-1/4 Pineapple

-5 Stawberries

-2 cups of Yogurt

-1 cup Granola

- 2/3 cup of crumbled oat cookies 

- 1/4 cup of Dried cranberries

- 1 Apples

You are free to replace any of the fruits by the ones of your choice.

​

The base can be yogurt, porridge, oatmeal or anything else. As long as the element is ticker.

Fruit Cup with yogurt méthode

​

Take a glass of your choice(it has to be big enough so all the elements enter in).

​

Put in the glass 2 Cups of the yogurt of your choice, for this recipe I took the Stawberries and litchi flavor.

​

On the side,in a bowl, you have to crumble enough oat cookies to fill a 2/3 cup.

​

To your crumble, add 1 cup of granola and 1/4 cup of cried cranberries.

​

Mix those three elements and add the mixture on top of the yogurt in the glass.

​

On the side cut one apple in slices and dispose them on top of the cereal mixture.

​
